School Development Plan

A comprehensive strategic plan will be developed for aspiring schools, new schools and established schools.

Aspiring schools: We undertake whole school projects from the stage of conceptualisation to fruition and offer all the services mentioned over a period of time until the project requirements have been fulfilled.An in-depth interaction will take place with the management of the school to gain an insight  into the schools philosophy and vision. Accordingly a  school development plan will be created outlining the schools vision, philosophy, recommended curriculum, systems and processes, academic policies, teacher development program, marketing plan, community service and overall strategy.

New and Established Schools: An in-depth interaction will take place with the management to understand the requirements of the school followed by a whole school audit.  The audit will be conducted on the various facets of the school  and based on the results, suitable recommendations will be provided for improvement. The plan will also indicate the current performance of the school, identify any gaps and suggest a plan of action.
